To Our Valued Clients & Customers,

 

As so many other businesses are doing, Sunreal Property Management Ltd. continues to respond to Covid – 19 with the health and safety of our employees and customers which remain our top priority and focus. The services that we perform are critical for so many and therefore we are committed to continue to operate when our customers need us most.

 

With that being said, we are taking extraordinary precautions in order to operate under such stringent conditions. Effective noon on March 20, 2020, the Sunreal Office will be closed to all major foot traffic.
All rent and condominium fee payments should be facilitated through cheque or money order, which can be dropped in the mail slot at the front entrance to our Offices. Those who need to pay with cash will be allowed access to our office, one person at a time or by pre-approved appointments only.

 

Our staff will continue to work behind closed doors or through the safety of their homes. We appreciate your patience and continued support as we try to expedite our services out to clients as best as we can
under the current circumstances.

 

This is an unprecedented situation requiring complex and rapid business decisions. As the situation evolves, and further information, recommendations and requirements are released through Alberta Health
Services, Sunreal Property Management Ltd. will review business operations and proactively inform all customers and clients as quickly as possible.

 

We will post public updates through our website and Facebook page as we are able to do so.

 

The best way to communicate and reach your Property Management Team, will continue to be through email for non-urgent communication. Any emergencies, such as fire, flood, loss of power or loss of
security, should continue to be called into the Office with a follow up email to your Property Management Team.

 

Our after-hours emergency line will also remain operational daily outside of business hours without interruption, 403-318-1664.
