01. Method of delivery

Method of delivery for documents purchased will be emailed. Document requests can take up to 10 business days. Should you require the documents sooner than the allotted 10 business days, please select rush fee with your request. Rushed Documents will be provided within 3 business days of the date of request.

02. Order Format

When ordering a Full Condo Package through our website, the documents will be sent to you in a PDF format by email. Sunreal Property Management will no longer serve documents in a printed paper format. If you require further assistance, please contact documentrequest@sunrealgroup.com

03. Recipient Only

Documents purchased are intended for the recipient only. If you are not the intended recipient please notify our office immediately to investigate the situation. Please contact our office where our Sunreal representative will assist you.

04. Method of Payment

Method of Payment – Please note that documents will not be forwarded until payment is received and confirmed. We accept online payments for your convenience. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover Card, Debit/Interact or Visa Debit.
